2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
5. Return of Products
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear such costs or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear such costs.
6. Condition of Returned Products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
